We currently deliver to all locations within Malaysia.
2. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Beruang Truck Delivery:
- Our dedicated delivery fleet ensures careful handling and timely delivery of large furniture items.
- Available for selected regions within Malaysia.
- Delivery times and costs will be confirmed at checkout.
- Third-Party Delivery Partners:
- For smaller or non-regional deliveries, we partner with trusted courier services, including J&T Express and NinjaVan.
- Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery:
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days for in-stock items.
- Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
- Pre-Orders or Custom Orders:
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or when the order is confirmed.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.
- Free Delivery:
- Free delivery may apply to orders over a certain value (subject to promotions and region-specific conditions).
- Conditions for free delivery will be displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- For orders shipped via third-party couriers, tracking information will be provided via email or SMS after your order has been dispatched.
- For orders delivered via Beruang Truck Delivery, our team will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time.
6. Delivery Terms
- Delivery Acceptance:
- A recipient must be available to accept and inspect the delivery.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, our team will attempt redelivery (additional fees may apply).
- Furniture Assembly:
- Assembly is included for furniture items delivered via Beruang Truck Delivery unless stated otherwise.
- For third-party deliveries, assembly is not included unless arranged separately.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging and delivering your items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Page.
- Provide photos of the damage or missing item(s).
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, based on the situation.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of a recipient:
- For Beruang Truck Delivery: Our team will reschedule a second attempt. Additional fees may apply for subsequent attempts.
- For Third-Party Couriers: The courier will follow their standard procedures for redelivery or storage. Additional fees may apply.
9. Limitations on Shipping
- We do not currently ship internationally.
- Large or bulky items may have limited delivery coverage in remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
